UPDATE: They completely broke my cars center caps. BEWARE, They use only an air-drill and donβt torque your wheels. They also donβt follow a star pattern when taking off lugs. All of which can be dangerous if left unchecked. Also they BROKE my center cap and SCRATCHED my wheels which might not be a big concern but if you have a nice car itβs really annoying. The service took a like 1.5 hours but as-well. No communication, all workers barely speak english or Spanish and they donβt tell you itβs cash only.

I would not recommend this place, especially if you are a woman or someone they think they can take advantage of. I came in to replace my front tires after confirming the price for two new Michelin tires. Instead, they tried to mount two very cheap off-brand tires while charging me the premium Michelin price. When I noticed and asked why they were installing different tires, they actually told me those tires were βbetter than Michelin.β That felt like a blatant scam. If I had not been paying close attention, I would have paid Michelin prices for cheap tires. This is dishonest, unacceptable, and extremely concerning. Always check the brand and model of the tires before they install anything here. I will not be coming back.

Avoid this shopβthey sent me onto the freeway in a death trap. On Monday, I had my tires changed here. A new mechanic performed the work. I didn't drive the car for two days, but 30 minutes into my first trip on the freeway, the steering wheel began shaking violently. I had to make an emergency stop only to find that nearly all my lug nuts and bolts were missing. I was down to just two nuts holding the wheel on. When I called the owner, Rich, he was dismissive and refused to tow the vehicle, claiming it "wasn't his fault" because I made it home initially. This is dangerously incorrect; loose nuts often take a few miles to vibrate off completely. After paying for my own tow back to the shop, Rich had it fixed but refused to reimburse the towing fee. Worse, he implied that I had tampered with the car myself. I am lucky to be alive and not in a major accident. Rich is dishonest and lacks basic safety accountability. Do not trust this shop with your life.

Iβm currently actively here. We called this shop around 11:40 asked if they had availability for 1 tire also for it to be Mount and Balanced, itβs now 12:54 and they havenβt even taken the tire off. The tech keeps pressing us to sit in the car while heβs worked on 2 other vehicles on top of providing no kind of update. I mean over an hour of just sitting. TERRRIBLE SERVICE. also the shop straight up smells like weed also itβs MAD janky.

Needed some tires installed ASAP and they got me in and out within 30 minutes. Fairly priced $30 per tire. Ended up having to get my rim fixed too but with what they were charging at other places like Mr. Tire in FFX it was worth it. Remember to bring cash to pay, and also, ATM inside does not always have cash so try to get it beforehand!
